These cameras will be positioned at the front door, the beginning of the driveway, and the rear of the deck, ensuring comprehensive monitoring of all entry points into the house. Propane Grill Note: The property includes a propane grill with a small tank. While our team makes every effort to keep it filled, we cannot guarantee the tank will always last for the duration of your stay. For uninterrupted grilling, guests are welcome to bring an extra propane tank and may take it with them upon departure. 🚭 No Smoking / Vaping Policy Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including indoors, decks, patios, and common areas. $500 penalty will be imposed for any violations, plus additional cleaning or damage costs if applicable. 🐾 Pet Policy – No Pets Allowed To ensure a comfortable, clean, and allergen-friendly experience for all guests, pets are not permitted on the property 🧼✨ If any pet is brought onto the property, the following will apply: • 💲 A $750 unauthorized pet fee will be charged to cover additional cleaning and sanitation • 🛋️ Guests will be financially responsible for any damage caused by the pet, including (but not limited to) furniture, linens, flooring, or outdoor areas • 🛠️ Any repair or replacement costs will be charged separately based on actual damages This policy helps us maintain a high standard of cleanliness and comfort for every guest 🌿🏡 We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation 🙏 ★ UPGRADES & RENOVATIONS ★ - Updated as of Jan 27, 2024 Indoor renovations and upgrades were completed in December 2023. If you have to move decorative items, they have to be gently handled and put them back before the checkout. - No confetti, no flower petals, no decorative items sticking to the wall with - tape, nails or pins, - Do not make any sought of stains, tears, burns to the floors, walls, furniture & fixtures - No Loud sounds - Left over items of any sort such as bottles, celebratory items, etc (accidental left overs of personal belongings are ok which could happen) - Pets are requested not to have them on the beds and sofa's and to have their own beds to be carried by the guests. - Dry Off After Swimming - After swimming, please dry off outside before entering the house. - Septic System Care - Only toilet paper should be flushed down the toilet to avoid any issues with our septic system. - Security Measures - Before leaving the property, ensure that all doors and windows are securely locked. - Parking - Use the driveway for parking at all times.
